On demand not working on one Tv

On demand isn’t working on one of my TVs you select a show and it acts as if it gonna play but doesn’t and it doesn’t give a error message

Hi Fbucklen, please try rebooting your cable box by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. If this does not clear up your issue I can further assist you here by sending a signal to your equipment that will allow your box to reboot and refresh your entitlements. One of my boxes is doing the same thing as described. It has been reset, re-powered, and refresh signal sent multiple times.
What’s next step??
