My cable card worked fine in my Tivo Premiere, but since upgrading to the Tivo Bolt, I am NOT able to get on demand to work. It keeps giving me an ERR-2 error message. Comcast Phil seems to be able to fix this problem, but I can never see the answers ... I"ve called tech support who insists that everything is 'right there'... can someone please help me find the problem here!!!!
