I have spent hours now with customer service and tech support and they can't seem to fix my issue. I have all the premium channels yet On Demand and HBO GO say I need to subscribe to watch shows. All the channels worked fine last week. It is so frustrating spending hours on the phone only to get escalated to the "FIX" team. Anyone find a solution to this issue?
Hi Mydogthor13, I can get this error cleared up for you. Normally rebooting the cable box by unplugging it will fix this issue due to the reset allowing your entitlements to refresh and flow through.
