On Demand says I need to subscribe to channels I already have

All of a sudden On Demand requires me to ‘subscribe’ to channels I already have. I have reset my box and has not helped. It was working fine until around a week ago. Really frustrating!

Let me take a look at your account, could you please private message me your full name, the account holder's name as it's listed on the billing statement?
