My On Demand has not worked in the last 6 months. I'm getting tired of calling about it and nothing happens. I will not sit here with someome from Comcast on the phone anymore. I want it fixed.
Same here. With all the threads relating to On Demand not working, there is no way Comcast is doing anything but blatantly ignoring the problem. Why wouldn't they ignore it, more profitable to charge for services not provided.
Problem is, too much complaining on here or too many calls requesting assistance results in internet speed being slowed down. Coincidental? I think not.
