Last month, I had to send my TiVo in for repair due to hard drive failure. During the interim, I obtained a few cable boxes so I can watch TV. After the Tivo was sent back, I worked with Xfinity support to get it working. I then returned the cable boxes.
Two items remain:
1) On Demand is not working with the TiVo via the Xfinity app.
2) Please reapply the customer owned equipment credit.
I just wanted to state that I have rechecked today. I am able to browse on-demand but I am not able to view any movies/tv shows. I'll still be needing assistance with this.
