We have 2 TiVos, and On Demand has stopped working on one of them. I get a GSM-2 error when I try to access it. I called Comcast support but they were no help. It has worked fine for years, so I'm not sure what the issue could be. I have gotten support from Comcast Admins on here before for our TiVos, so I'm hoping I'll have success again! I'd be happy to PM with any info you might need.
