This may not be your husband ordering movies. This has been going on for years (see old forums) and Xfinity tells you it's impossible that it wasn't ordered by someone in your house. I have to call every month and no one is ordering them in the house. Other people in the forums have set a PIN and it still happens. It's a known issue that they don't admit and some people just pay the bill. Don't just accept their answers because they are likely false charges.
