Hi colonelmoss, our system will not charge you for a movie rental or purchase if you don't watch the content past 10 minuets. We have this setting to avoid you being charged for a purchase you made by mistake, however I can check into your account to make sure you weren't charged. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me"?
