I have received several billings for On Demand movies and I do not use it. I believe my account has been compromised. Can I cancel On Demand so this doesnt happen anymore or is their another option?
I do not know about cancelling or blocking On Demand. However, you can restrict purchases of content or subscriptions by setting a Purchase PIN. You can find that by pressing your Xfinity button on your remote and then going to the Settings icon (farthest to the right). You can find Purchase PIN there and see if that might help you out.
