Is there any way you can submit a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end? I would like to see your view before I can confirm this because there was a recent update that may have caused a different view for OnDemand where you access TV Shows and Movies in a separate area inside of the OnDemand section.
Yes, yours is related to the known issue our engineers are investigating. When you try to access HBO OnDemand are you using the voice search or typing in the letters HBO?
We don't have an ETA at this time. The only work-around we have is to access OnDemand by clicking on the Xfinity Button, go into OnDemand, then access Movies, Or Networks, then HBO. Please let me know if you can access it this way.
The issue you're experiencing isn't due to update, its related to the outage and our engineers are working to get that corrected. I apologize for the inconvenience. I just wanted to give you an alternate way of accessing the programs available on HBO until we are able to restore the shorter process.
I just wanted to follow up to see if you are able to access HBO using the voice remote or typing it in yet? This should now be resolved.
