We have been paying for HBO for a couple weeks now. Every time we log in to OnDemand to watch a show it tells us we do not have HBO. We have even been sent new cable boxes because we were told this would fix it. We have had to have our boxes reset every time we want to watch something. This is infuriating because we are paying for a service we can't even use.
I am getting this issue every 7 days.
I call, I speak to usually 3 people before someone understands. Everything works - my TV, my internet, just cannot stream HBO on demand and not from the hbo site either.
Last time I called the rep took 10 minutes to tell me she needed to reset my modem (not the issue), I told her not to, and she did anyway, booting us out of other needed connections.
I call every week and I don't really have the energy... it's insane trying to get someone to understand...
