Hey what the...darn it now we have to change this evening’s viewing plans.
What genius ( *Pablum* Picasso, maybe?) at Nat Geo decided to post the season finale (S2E10, aired Tues June 19) for Xfinity streaming app, but not for TV viewing? I don’t see it in SD or HD menus, nor does it appear under Search.
Can Comcast please notify Nat Geo to resolve this?
Woke up this morning, checked, and saw the links appear for episode 210.
What’s weird though is that via Search, only the HD version appears to be available. The SD is now there also, incomprehensible named.
Comcast really need to get a handle on missing links, missing names in Search, etc. Work with, educate the providers, maybe aid with better instructions and tools, you tell us what would make your platform less error-prone.
