Free on Demand Movie Coupon Redemption

Xfinity sent me a free $10.00 off of my next On Demand rental or purchase coupon. In the "how to redeem" section, I follow the steps and there is no "Begin Activation" to click as the instructions explain. Anyone else have this same issue??

Same thing here I've got this promotion in the mail and I am unable to apply...although mine is for $5.99 I already tried 2 times, this promotion is ready to go to the trash

I am also trying to redeem a movie coupon and am experiencing the same issue.

Most of the webpages will not open or don't exist or don't work.

We tried to use our "free movie coupon' twice...

first time it didnnt work, forgot about...

received another one tried to use it, (ready) didnt work!

then we received a confirmation that we used the coupon, then our bill went up...

I still have said coupon (that I didnt use) code didnt work

Hello, apologies for your experiences when trying to redeem your coupon,  have you tried clearing your cache and cookies on your web browser and trying to redeem your coupon again?

We are still waiting for our coupons for all the problems we had. Redemption sent the out 2 weeks ago.

I have the same issue. They give these coupons in place of a monetary credit, then it’s impossible to use them!

I did (or I thought I did ) use the coupon but I was still charged for the movie on my latest bill. Haven't had the time to investigate further.

Your free e-movie coupon doesn't work. It needs my 16 number account, but it only takes 25 numbers. I should have known it was a trick. Comcast, it wasn't funny.
