Error code XRE-07002

Every time we try to use our on demand feature we get that error code. Anyone know how to fix it? Only been with Comcast a couple months now and not happy.

Call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489, select BILLING and speak with a CSR about this issue,

Same problem, XRE07002, watching episodes of Lost S5, E14, E15 etc. Purchased episode 13, 14, 15, episode 13 played with no problem. The error code occurred on 15 and 16. Spent two hours on the phone with technical support last night with nothing resolved. I was told it is on the Comcast side, Not my set. Nothing has been resolved. From reading all the blogs, it appears this problem goes back for years. You would think it would have been solved by now.
