Emergency alert kicked us out of On Demand purchase.

We rented an on demand movie and halfway through we got an emergency alert.  It kicked us out of the movie with 81 minutes left.  However, we could not get back into the movie without re-purchasing it.  Please advise.

Sorry. I will be contacting Comcast and asking for a refund as we were not able to finish watching the program we paid for.

Did you get a resolution? We had the same issue tonight. We can’t find where the rented movie went and we had to rent it three times!
