I received an email saying I had a coupon for a free On Demand movie. When I try to use it, it brings me to an Xfinity Stream site with no options for movies to buy. When I click on Coupon Balance it tells me I have $45.99 in coupons. I called the Comcast Support and, as usual, they were no help at all. She finally credited my account for $5.99. I don't understand why you would send out movie coupons that are unusable. I also want to know if I really do have $45.99 in movie coupons on my account.
Hi NancyDM -- Your coupons need to be registered here http://my.xfinity.com/coupon before they can be used. Once the coupons are registered, you can select an On Demand program to rent. After renting a movie, the Coupon registered to your account will automatically be credited against the movie rental amount plus applicable taxes and fees. You can click on Balance History to review all your coupons to see if your balance is legitimate.
