Had a tech visit yesterday after I reported the issue of the freezing problem when a Comedy Central show was going to the ad. I had signal issues and those were corrected, but the OnDemand issue was still there.
The tech called a supervisor while here. The supervisor was in his office and checked OnDemand there and he had the same issue. The tech recorded what was happening on my TV and was going to send the video to others. So it looked like the issue is being looked at.
However, a Comcast rep just phoned and wanted a follow up on the tech visit. I told him the issue and he said he has the same problem. It's where the commercial is inserted into the program. I asked if there was a fix for it, he said no .
is it a Comcast issue? A Comedy Central issue? Both?
