Please help! Ever since I got comcast two weeks ago I have been on the phone everyday with Comcast support and Tivo support. My ondemand keeps giving me an err-2 code on my Tivo Bolt. I am currently stuck in the blame game loop between comcast and Tivo. Tivo says its not them and comcast sent a tech out and said it is a Tivo issue. No resolution on either side. Everyone is blaming each other and I'm here stuck giving everyone my money without the service I am paying for. I see this is definitely a common issue. If anyone can provide some guidance with a solution it would be greatly appreciated
