Comcast now charging for shows that are new season?

I've been watching my car shows online instead of recording them.  Everything has been fine until today.  I go to watch B!tchin' Rides from 4 days ago, and it has a $ next to it.  I click on show to watch it, and it says I must BUY it for $1.99 SD.

Why do I need to pay for a show that I already paid for in my subscription service?

All past episodes are still free.  Just the one from Nov. 20th is $1.99.

Comcast isn't charging for it; that would be Velocity.
