I've been having a serious issue since January 2017, because someone is using the old TV Box that I've returned to Comcast by that date to purchase on demand movies. I've had to call several times to Customer Service to have the purchases credited on my account (several hours of my precious time on the phone or chatting with an agent), and I have three opened tickets reporting the issue, none of them still resolved - the last one is still pending of resolution -, so that that old TV Box that I do not possess any more be removed from my account. Anyway, as the problem keeps a long time without a solucion, I ask the forum how can I block on demand purchases from my account? I think I do still have total control of my account profile and settings in Xfinity website, is there a way to prevent anyone to order movies from other TV Box until this one is duly removed from my account? I'll very much appreciate your help.
