Once again, Comcast is not allowing OnDemand access to the most recent, new season first show (1/19/18) of Real Time With Bill Maher. As has happened in the past, we are directed to other times this episode will be airing. I pay for OnDemand ability to watch a show on my schedule, not to be directed to other times I can watch it. Unfortunately, this is a familiar pattern, given that this program (as well as Full Frontal and John Oliver, which have been similarly blocked in the past) is very political and very anti-Trump, so one has to ask why Comcast is restricting access to said shows. Is there a political reason not to offend the powers that be when Comcast is engaged in merger talks? OnDemand means exactly that. Not when Comcast says it's okay to watch a show whose political viewpoint they may not agree with.
