Someone in my household ordered a subscription to an adult movie channel (Vivid). I can see no way to cancel this either via the TV or in my account. Does anyone know how to do this?
Too funny. I'm on this forum trying to figure out how to order a Vivid subscription through my Account (rather than through the X1 box). Unfortunately for you, my understanding is that the only way to cancel such a subscription is to call and hope you get a guy instead of a woman like I did when I previously cancelled a subscription for one...
