I signed up for Acorn TV to watch Midsomer Murders. But when I click on Season 8, Episode 3 I am redirected to Netflix and not given the option to watch on Acorn. Yet, Acorn TV shows this as an option on their website. This problem needs to be fixed!
So, I have dealt with both Acorn and the Xfinity specialists via Facebook. Acorn says Comcast has the episode - Midsomer Murders Season 8, Episode 3. Curtis from Comcast says they don't have the episode. Tired of the blame and finger-pointing.
Was hoping someone on these forums would let me know that they have Acorn and would let me know what options they have when trying to view this episode On Demand - Netflix or Acorn.

Update: Acorn has confirmed that ALL episodes were sent to Comcast. On Sunday the problem was referred to that department to find and fix what happened. Still waiting for a response from them.
It has now been 1 week and no action from the On Demand department to fix this issue. Maybe it is time to contact someone higher on the Corporate ladder.
So I escalated it on Saturday. Heard from someone on that Exec's team on Sunday and was told it should be taken care of within 24 hours. Has it happened? NO NO NO
