vertical lines on TV from cable box

Suddenly, vertical lines are blurring the signal from cable box to TV. Audio is fine. HDMI cable connection is tight at both ends. No problem with signal from Roku

Have you tried unplugging cable-box for at least one minute?

 

Plug it back in and wait at least 5 minutes for the box to reset, and download current information.

You may need to turn box back "on" after the reset period.
