Have had a problem this witer with premium channels pixelatig when temp drops near zero. Replaced cable from pole to house on a warm day so we couldnt tell if that fixed it or not. A couple days later it got very cold again and same problem. Some channels have a message that says channel not available try later. Any ideas
I live in the TC area too. It is quite possible the trunk cables to you area are affected by road salt or loose terminal connections between nodes outside near your home.
I would call Comcast to check your signal, or sign on to Comcast and your account "My Xfinity" to run tests found under "My Support".
