Hi eppersoa, this is a strange error code that you are getting, have you tried power cycling the cable box by unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds and plug back in? I also see that you have multiple boxes is this your main box or one of the smaller DTA boxes? lastly are you having any issues with other boxes becuase I am seeing signal issues at the premises.
thank you for your response. have you had a working cable box on this outlet before getting this DTA. Also a troubleshooting step to try is swapping this DTA with another working DTA in another room and see if you are still getting the error.
