error code 101

I get error code 101 after setup goes from channel 00 to 100, any ideas as I made sure connection were correct, etc

Hi eppersoa, this is a strange error code that you are getting, have you tried power cycling the cable box by unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds and plug back in?  I also see that you have multiple boxes is this your main box or one of the smaller DTA boxes? lastly are you having any issues with other boxes becuase I am seeing signal issues at the premises.

thank you for your response. have you had a working cable box on this outlet before getting this DTA. Also a troubleshooting step to try is swapping this DTA with another working DTA in another room and see if you are still getting the error.

Lastly if any of these steps don't work I can get a tech scheduled out for you.
