just moved my mom into a new house, moved the box from the old house. tried to activate but says it cant. no lights on the basic motorola modem. mom said it was working fine at the old house. is there a light on the modem? also no hdmi output from the modem, really? its impossible to get ahold of a human with this company. sad she is getting charged for services and they are not working. tried all the trouble shooting tips to no avail.
No lights on the modem sounds like no power or bad modem. Was the same power cord/transformer used from the old location?
