XOD on TiVo Bolt not working - GSM-22

So, I recently installed a TiVo Bolt and cable card. Everything was working, including the Xfinity On Demand App. I decided to add a TiVo Mini and ,somewhere in the setup and rebooting process, lost connectivity to XOD. The app (on either the Bolt or Mini) goes right to a Service Error GSM-22 error with tiVocardio-ch2-a1p.comcast.com.

What needs to be done to restore XOD service? I saw a few references to a code that Comcast has to add to my account?

Sorry, it’s not GSM-22, it’s 11!
