Old secondary box stopped being able to access DVR recordings. Comcast said unit too old and sent me to Comcast store to pick up new one. Received a RNG150N with XR2 remote. No DVR button. Another hour with Comcast rep. Received wrong remote. Another remote was sent. Received an XR5 this time. Still no DVR button or any way to access recording under menu. Any help would be appreciated.
