I posted in November that I’ve had Comcast out to my house multiple times to address progressive pixelation issue/signal strength issue and revived response from ComcastElla to swap out TiVo box with Comcast box so they could run diagnostics. I can’t seem to reply to that thread...everything Comcast seems intentionally difficult (if I enjoyed reading more I’d just cancel everything all together!). Hoping someone from Comcast can pickup where ComcastElla left off.
We (and both Comcast technicians who’ve come out to the house) have already removed/replaces the splitter, in fact they’ve replaced all equipment between the street and the room! What upcoming tech appointment??
