Tivo cable card v58 error

Having same problem I had in July.  Started with a V58 error on all cable channels, when tech replaced cable card there is no validation.  Last time this happened it was because I was coded for wrong head end node, this time cable card support assures me that head end and rates are fine.  It seems likely, however, that there is some back end setting that is wrong.  Thanks for any help you can give.

Thanks, but unfortunately there is nothing I can do on my end.  Have currently installed an X1 box and it works fine other than being an overall inferior dvr.  Have spoken multiple times with tivo cable card dept and they have no answers and seem untinterested in escalating.  I have 30 days to return the X1 and will keep calling comcast daily but have little hope.
