The TiVo device is posting an eror mesage C133: There is a problem with the connection to the TiVo Service. Things will be back to normal shortly. (this was 5 days ago!,and it continues). "You can still watch live tv, recordings, and On Demand. Updates at Status.tivo.com."
Have removed and replaced card, jiggled anything I could reach,and checked TiVo and Comcast help websites. Please advise.
I've been getting this error message for the last three days. Has something changed at Comcast that is preventing me from connecting?
