TiVo Bolt Not Getting Premium Channels - V58 Error
I recently went to the local Xfinity customer service center and got a new CableCard.
I called Xfinity to pair my cable card and currently I can get my regular cable channels. My issue is when I try and turn to one of my premium channels like HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc... I first get the Cable Card Pairing screen. Once I clear that, I get an Error V58 message.
I am tired of sitting on the phone for two hours and waiting for Comcast to fix this issue. Is there anyway someone knows to fix this? Please help.
