I am getting this on every channel. I can get to the guide.. I have unplugged the box and left it unplugged multiple times. Anything else I can do?

This message usually indicates a signal issue to the TV outlet. Check that all connections are snug on the back of the box, the TV outlet and any accessable splitters.
Most likely it is a RF signal issue, and possible an outside issue if nothing has changed recently in the home. Contact Comcast support and insist on getting a tech out to troubleshoot and fix your issue.
This is an on going issue w/ Comcast in our area code 33990 and it is an outside issue. Their signal is weaken by old junction boxes and cables.
HAD SAME PROBLEM AMONGST OTHERS SIGNAL WAS TOO WEAK THAT IT WAS INTERRUPTING MANY SHOWS. DISCONNECTED CABLE WIRE AND REPLUGGED. ALL FIXED. HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU.
