Switched CableCARD from old tivo to new tivo, "No TV Channels"

I've had a cableCARD in my Tivo Roamio for a few years working perfectly fine. Got a new Tivo Bolt and put the cableCARD from the Roamio into this, went through guided setup, when I hit "Live TV", I get:  "No TV Channels... most likely caused by a problem with the CableCARD..." Error V66.

-No Channel Signal when tested.

-Coax is connected properly, Tivo recognizes an M-Card is inserted.

-According to the Xfinity CableCARD activiation site, the card is paired to the correct Host ID & Data of the Bolt.

Conditional Access Screen reads:

Con: Yes  EBCP: Yes   Val: ? 0x18

I understand the Val is supposed to have a V after it to show it's paired properly, but unsure how to get this fixed.

I'd appreciate any help as this is extremely frustrating. I've read a lot of forums saying the "headend" of the card is incorrect or that the card needs to be completely unpaired from the first tivo so that it can re-pair to the new tivo.

You need to pair the cablecard with the new tivo.

Yes after posting this I managed to find an extremely helpful CSR on xfinity chat who successfully paired and activated the card to my new tivo.

Now I am facing the problem of the "Auth" field missing from the conditional access screen, which tivo told me is still a comcast headend issue.

Hi, handerz723! I just commented on your other post, seems like you were able to get channels except for the premium ones. I see that you reached out to one of my colleagues and I will reply back in a second.
