Yes, but you'll need to pair the card with the Bolt, see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pair-activate-cablecard. You might be able to do it using http://www.xfinity.com/activatecablecard, but you'll probably need to call them at 1-877-405-2298. Ask for "CableCARD Repair". Good luck!

For me, that link immediately redirects to https://cablecardactivation.xsp.comcast.net/. You might give that a try. If neither link works, or if the links work but the activation pages fail to pair the card to the new device, you'll have to contact them via chat or a phone call.
