Set Top Box remote XR11

Remote no good.  Replaced batteries with no help. Need replacement.

You can probably get it replaced for free at your local Comcast/Xfinity store or buy one on ebay where there are many for sale.

Mine quit working the other day. i can watch ONE channel, a news station. That's it. As for getting it replaced free at my local store...HA!!!! I'm disabled, don't drive, senior citizen and the nearest "store" is 30 or more miles away.  

The last time I complained about the Xfinity box on my other TV, I was also charged $50 for a home visit for the new box.

Why should anyone pay for services from Comcast/Xfinity when it's a problem with THEIR services and equipment?  Plus being forced to pay for sports stations when I hate sports and never watch any sports programs.  Streaming or whatever you call it is looking pretty good to me lately.

This company is nothing but a ripoff. They don't care about their customers and that's why they're losing so many.
