Have you unplugged to box for over one minute, and plugged it back in to reset it? Have you checked under settings to pick correct screen size?

I have a Cisco RNG150N box. By any chance are you talking about the ON DEMAND screen being blown up larger than what fits the screen? My screen there does not properly show the lowest item on that screen. I only see the top of the selection but no typing. Although; if I click there it opens the selection ok.
