Screen goes black

After a few minutes, the video goes black but audio stays on ? Already tried unplugging and system refresh.

 Greetings, Merrio! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on the forums. I hope you are having an amazing day. I apologize to hear you are having issues with the video going blank. That's certainly frustrating. Does this happen on multiple channels? Are you connected by HDMI from the cable box to the TV? If so, have you attempted to change the HDMI chord?
