I recently got upgraded service and a new Box for our bedroom.. I HATE the remote... it is a XR2 black remote... with many functions that will NOT WORK with the box given to me... for instance.. I can't save any favorites, I can FF / RW..it is large bulky and very hard to see in the dark with very small buttons... I am ready to just go back to using ROKU and get rid of this box... but if I can find a better remote to use with the box... I may keep it.. HELP !!
