So we have been having issues with pixilation on several channels for quite some time, but it's getting worse and is on nearly all channels. The unplugging reboot didn't help, and when I called, they said my box had two errors, which were allegedly fixed remotely. It seemed in the early part of the day, it was fixed, but now that prime time is starting, the pixilation is awful. Anyone else having this issue? I'm not paying a service fee for them to come fix this. I pay plenty already to watch these pixilated shows.

Pixelating is either equipment related or signal related neither can be fixed remotely. Your box was likely just reset. You need a tech out, you’re only charged if there’s something wrong with your interior wiring. In the meantime, make sure cables are tight and if you can, remove any unnecessary splitters.
