PACE HDuDTA Caller ID grayed out?

I have a PACE HDuDTA (it's showing as X1 TV Box) connected to my TV through HDMI and there are options under TV Alerts:

  • Caller ID
  • Text Message
  • Xfinity Family
  • Xfinity Home
  • My Account

And at the top it says: "This feature is not yet available, please check back soon."


Our cable box in the living room has the function enabled to see who is calling (we have TriplePlay, internet, tv, and phone). Also if I try either of the "Troubleshoot" options for my box nothing happens, yet I'm able to watch my channels no problem.


Why can't I have this feature enabled on my box?

Welcome back to the forums. The DTA shown on the picture is not one that is compatible with the caller ID to TV feature. I've used the email address you have registered with your forums account to send you a document that shows which devices are compatible. If you have any other questions let us know.
