I had cablecard support send a code to try to make it work and they said to try again in an hour.
I gave them 2 day before I tried again, still not working. Any ideas?
It shows a black screen with white text stating:
In order to start cable service for this device, please contact your cable provider 877-405-2298.
[Bunch of device data]
Press clear to exit.
They had me read out a few codes on this screen (first guy did not) and the agent was able to fix the issue while I was still on the phone. Thankful she actually spent time getting this to be resolved - so thank you!
