I have been trying to get my remote boxes to access my On Demand. The remote devices are grayed out on my devices page so I go to the troubleshooting area and try Refresh refresh them. Attached is the image I get in response. Thanks

So... I spoke with Billing... the TV box I have in my other rooms do not provide access to the On Demand they only access HD content an channels. More sophisticated equipment is required and has an added charge. I think I will not add more cost to my service considering I can steam my DVR content on my iPad.
