I tried to watch On Demand Friday night, and it says Not Available. Also, the guide clock says 12m and none of the shows are listed. I spoke with Comcast Friday and twice last night and feel like I'm getting the run around. They set up a 'trouble ticket' and said the tier 2 team will get back to me in 24-72 hours. Really I'm paying $110.00 for this? Any additional help would be great!
I facebook messaged xfinity yesterday and Alex set up a tech appointment for me to get the box replaced, since mine is at least 10 years old. He went out of his way, and is calling me after my appointment to make sure it went right. I suggest you give that a try.
