On Demand Issues Cause Pixelation

I just started Comcast TV service less than a week ago. Originally I had issues with the HD channels coming in pixelated and close to SD quality. After the signal being resent a few times this fixed the issue. A few days (3-5) went by and the on-demand content starting having issues. I would watch a show then it would random exit the on-demand movie/show and menu. Eventually it didn’t work. After going through support the signal was sent multiple times. The on-demand menu is now barely reable and the content I’m paying for isn’t all available or plays for a few seconds and quits again. Some will play through other won’t but all of the video shows purple lines that flicker only when playing the on-demand content. I’m not sure if anyone else has these issues or could assist me. I have already checked the connections and are new and tightly connected.
