Thanks for posting to the Xfinity Forums. Sorry for the experience. I'd like to take a deeper look into this for you. Are you receiving any particular error codes or messages? 

 

When you stated the box won't stay on, does it cut off in the middle of you watching like TV, or box the box not stay on the correct input when/if the TV loses power? 

 

What model box are you using?
