Need to upgrade additional box

Hi!  We realized recently that our two boxes couldn't stream netflix.  Xfinity allowed us to order one box, which arrived and works.  We are now trying to order a updated one to replace the other old one but whenever I try onscreen it says it already has (referring to the first box).  Anyone know how I can place this second order online or do I need to call?
