I have a SiliconDust HDHomeRun PRIME device that I am trying to get set up for the past week. I've gone to the Comcast store three times to grab 5 different cable cards, tried activating each card online through the activation website, called the cablecard activation number twice, and even bought another HDHomeRun PRIME to ensure that it wasn't the device that was the issue. Would anybody be able to help me? What's the next step I should take?
Edit: Technician came out and managed to get everything working. He said the issue was that the backend wasn't coded properly for my device.
